Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Kalptree India

At Kalptree India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items. Items bought during sale periods or under discount offers are also non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at contact@kalptreeindia.com with your order ID and issue details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence if applicable.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
